I would be very interested if you told us what you May eat. It always seems to focus on what you cannot eat Why? It makes it negative. If that book proves to be very useful I might get one to try and help me when I have to feed my young ones . Regards to All Your family.
Hi Ali - once a person starts to change their diet for whatever reason (and I don't believe one way of eating is right for every single person) you start looking at other ways of eating eg gluten free the most recipe books will state what recipe books are gluten free, egg free, dairy free etc which when you are looking for a recipe this becomes helpful. I can't remember what your diet needs are of your family feel free to let me know and I'll do my best to give you some recipe book suggestions. As for what we eat.. I often think of taking photos to share maybe I should. I have all the family on green smoothies for breakfast and they are enjoying them. I'll try and remember to take a photo tomorrow am - a dairy free, gluten free, egg free breakfast that all of our family can have. It is a right challenge at times juggling meals. But I find being organised is my secret,and eating to season.
