Roger

Introducing Roger the Ram (his previous owners named him Roger and we will keep his name - suits him don't you think?). We did a swap of rams with some friends - Tup went to live at Roger's place and Roger has arrived here to do the deed. We will keep some of Tup's ewes which will mean Roger will be staying here for a few years.

Roger settled into the flock immediately

He was separated from the ewes at his old home

Roger was rather excited to see all the lady folk.

He had been only living with a wether ram (one with his plums cut off) so he was mighty overjoyed to see some ladies...... Now we wait for the ewes to cycle and he will be in business,

Farm Stay Guests...
Welcome back Leo for your annual holiday. Leo had lots of chairs and beds to choose to sleep on but his favourite was his igloo from home. When he is hot he sleeps on top of his igloo.

    1. Yes we do too - he seems interested. I just hope Tup isn't worn out form all the work he did here and delivers at his new home. You can thank Brent for the terminology of plums...You will be thinking of putting your ram with your girls soon too
