Organic fruit and vegetables.

Our family eats to the season and get an organic fruit and vegetable box delivered to supplement our organic vegetable gardens. There is not much growing in the garden at the moment - kale and a few broccoli. The silver beet and spinach isn't far away.

I thought you may all like to see what we get in our organic boxes - it is a bit like Christmas each week opening the boxes to see what is indside.

People tell me they can't afford to eat organic
we can't afford to buy takeaway food, dine out, eat processed food, have sky tv, or high broadband fees.
It is a choice we all make.

powerful form of medicine

or the slowest form of poison.”

  1. The colours of nature show in the sky, flowers, trees, and so well in fruit and veges, love the greens, reds and purples. We too, try to eat what is in the garden, a little slim right now, but the new season's goodies are slowly being planted. The taste is so much better, and the knowledge that it is all spray and pesticide free, is the best. Greetings to all, Jean.

We have become snobs - and can really tell the difference to organic and non organic food.
