The nutrition unit for my naturopathy course asked me to list 10 things yes 10 things I wanted to change to help support my well being.

Day 1 bike 20 mins Starts tomorrow as today was just mucking around - the weather was terribly cold and windy down here - not a good day for a wibbly wobbly gal on her new bike.
